Services
Utilizing the Psychodynamic Perspective, as well as techniques from Narrative Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Systems Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I seek to use the chapters of one’s story to guide the direction of my sessions.
A firm believer in the power of discovering one’s own voice and core identity, my hope is that clients leave feeling more connected to the person they were created to be. A true extrovert and lover of conversation and exploration, I aim to have my clients feel understood and heard. Through my cumulative background, I am passionate at connecting with people from all walks of life.
